QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control starts before sampling.
BIUSEE quality control is not a final glance at finished goods. Key standards are checked through sampling, pre-production approval, bulk production and pre-shipment: fabric, measurements, color, stitching, artwork placement, trims and packing.

Before sampling: define the standard
During quotation and sampling we confirm GSM, composition, handfeel, target fit, technique effect and packing needs, so the sample is not developed in the wrong direction.
- Fabric composition, GSM and handfeel
- Reference size and target fit
- Print and embroidery requirements
During production: check repeatability
During bulk production we check cutting, stitching, measurement stability, color variation, artwork placement and trim usage to keep bulk goods close to the approved sample.
- Measurement spot checks
- Stitching and construction checks
- Color, trim and technique consistency
Before shipment: organize traceable records
Before shipment we confirm packing, size ratio, carton marks, quantity and shipping information. Approved records support receiving, post-order review and future reorders.
- Final product and packing photos
- Carton quantity and carton marks
- Reusable reorder records
