A clear process so buyers know what is confirmed at every stage.
The biggest risks in custom apparel are often incomplete briefs, unclear sample comments and unlocked pre-production standards. BIUSEE uses a fixed workflow to reduce uncertainty in remote sourcing.
01 Project brief
We first confirm category, references, quantity, size range, destination, target price and launch timing. A complete brief makes quotation and timeline planning more accurate.

02 Sampling and technique development
Samples are developed around fit, fabric, GSM, color, print or embroidery, labels and packing. Sample comments are organized into actionable revision points.

03 Pre-production approval
After sample approval, bulk standards are locked: measurement chart, color, technique, trims, packing method and inspection priorities. This stage determines bulk consistency.

04 Production, QC and delivery
During production we check fabric, cutting, sewing, technique and packing execution. Before shipment we organize checking information and match shipping method to order volume, timeline and budget.
